Earlier Today in Los Santos a man was seen swimming in the Lake of Mirrior Park. Police jumped into the water and dragged the man out of the water by officers. He was only wearing under garments when he was pulled out. He was then taken to a police car where he was last seen before being taken to the local jail. We did have a witness statement but not much information came from it.
